Starbon, Inc. Shopping Policies
LOCAL DELIVERY AREA
With a warehouse in Miami, Florida, we provide free deliveries on any large item (like appliances, TVs and Fixtures). We also provide affordable deliveries on parts and accessories.
Miami: Our main local delivery area is Miami-Dade County and its surroundings. We do not deliver to residences or condominiums, we only deliver to warehouses and commercial addresses.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Cash – Cash payments are gladly accepted at our office in Miami. Cash payments are not available online.
Personal Checks: – We require valid governmental-issued identification (Driver License, C.I., Passport, etc.) After you write your check out to Starbon, Inc. your check will simply be processed through the safe and secure system that banks use today for electronic or physical deposits and you’ll have the same amount of time before your check is presented to your bank. Personal checks are not accepted online.
Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover) All credit card purchases must be approved by the bank card company. The back of the Credit card must be signed by, and accepted from the person whose name is imprinted on the card. We accept Credit Card Payments online and at our retail office location in Miami.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Starbon, Inc. does not accept Internet orders for delivery outside the continental United States. All international customers may continue to shop online at Starbon.us using local delivery options to freight forwarders and freight consolidators.
INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS
Starbon, Inc. does accept most international credit cards from issuing banks located outside the continental United States. Online orders using International Credit Cards should allow additional time for proper authorization and approvals. Due to the extra scrutiny involved with international credit cards, some international credit cards may be rejected for security purposes.
FREIGHT FORWARDERS
Starbon, Inc. is able to ship to most local freight forwarders and freight consolidators from our local warehouse.
FLORIDA EXPORT SALES TAX REFUND
Florida Export Only.
Starbon, Inc. will be happy to send you a tax credit on your Export Purchase.
MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE PICKED UP OR DELIVERED BY THE CUSTOMER. TAX REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ONLY IF MERCHANDISE IS DELIVERED TO, AND/OR PICKED UP BY, A LICENSED FREIGHT-FORWARDER.
In order to receive your refund, please mail or email a copy of the original Bill of Lading and a copy of your original Starbon, Inc. invoice.
Either email the scanned copies to info@starbon.us.
Scanned copies must be in PDF of TIF format. We cannot accept phone pictures of the documents.

To ensure a refund please be sure the Bill of Lading describes the merchandise purchased, (ex. Appliance, TVs etc), and the Consignee is the same name as the Sold-to on the Starbon, Inc. receipt.
All refunds will be processed back to the credit card used on the original purchase. If paid by cash, check or wire transfer, a refund check will be issued using the enclosed SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE.

Limited Quantities
Of course, we make every attempt to have sufficient quantities for all of our customers. To make sure all of our items are available for purchase at our low prices, we may need to restrict quantities periodically.

Starbon, Inc. understands the needs of businesses, government organizations, and educational institutions are different than the regular consumer.
